Wenn mehr einfach zugängliche und für alle Menschen finanzierbare Möglichkeiten für eine zweite Berufsausbildung bzw. für lebenslanges Lernen zur Verfügung stehen, könnte für gewisse Berufe das Rentenalter erhöhte werden. Solange aber Menschen faktisch gezwungen sind, körperlich oder psychisch anstrengende Berufe bis zum Rentenalter auszuüben, kann dieses nicht erhöht werden.
