A minimum wage also prevents internships, for example. There are legitimate reasons to allow a wage below 4000 francs. For low-wage industries, this rule could have the opposite effect: small businesses might have to lay off people, jobs would be lost - especially in this sector, where people cannot easily find another job. No job or a not well paid job - then the second is the lesser evil.
Ein Mindestlohn verhindert beispielsweise auch Praktikumsstellen. Es gibt legitime Gründe, die einen Lohn von unter 4000 Franken zulassen. Für Tieflohn-Branchen könnte diese Regelgung das Gegenteil bewirken: Kleine Geschäfte müssten ev. Menschen entlassen, Arbeitsstellen gingen - gerade in diesem Sektor, wo Menschen nicht einfach einen anderen Job finden - verloren. Kein Job oder ein nicht gut bezahlter Job - dann ist das zweite das kleinere Übel.
