Basically, this is a problem with re-export. Actually, you should sell military equipment and then that's it. Look before to whom but that one then always somewhere still has a clause, is questionable. If it comes hard on hard, the weapons are used anyway, even if one scolds in Bern, handling one has anyway then none.
Grundsätzlich ist das mit der Wiederausfuhr ein Problem. Eigentlich sollte man Rüstungsgüter verkaufen und dann war es das. Vorher hinschauen an wen aber das man dann immer irgendwo noch eine Klausel hat, ist fragwürdig.
