Es sollte eher eine Flexibilisierung des Rentenalters angestrebt werden. Zudem müssten bei einer allfälligen Erhöhung flankierende Massnahmen für eine Verminderung der Arbeitslosigkeit von Ü50+ ergriffen werden. Trotz Fachkräftemangel ist es für diese Altersgruppe schwierig eine Stelle zu finden. Lösungen für die hohen Pensionskassenbeiträge müssten hier gefunden werden.
