Leider ist das unumgänglich, weil die Renten mit einem Unwandlungssatz von 6.8% durch die jüngeren Versicherten finanziert werden, da das angesparte Alterskapital nicht ausreicht. Es sollte jedoch auf jeden Fall der Koordinationsabzug abgeschafft werden (Vollversicherung) damit auch geringe Einkommen pensionsberechtigt werden und der Eintritt in die PK mit Ansparen des Alterskapitals soll bereits ab 20 Jahren erfolgen. Mit einem höheren Pensionierungsalter entschärft sich die Situation.

Wir werden immer älter und es ist unverantwortlich immer länger auf Kosten der jüngeren Generationen zu profitieren. Zusammen mit einer Flexibilisierung für Menschen, mit besonders anstrengenden Tätigkeiten sind weitere branchenspezifische Lösungen anzustreben (analog Bauhauptgewerbe). Gegenwärtig beträgt die durchschnittliche Lebenserwartung ab Erreichung des AHV-Alters bereits über 20 Jahre - Tendenz steigend.
