Je préférerais un système de calcul d’âge de la retraite basé sur le nombre d’année de travail effectif de chaque personne (années d’études non comprises). Ainsi, les métiers manuels partiraient plus rapidement à la retraite par rapport aux métiers universitaires (souvent dans des bureaux).
