Auch wenn mir unklar ist, wie dies geschehen soll oder welche Algorithmen - Haftung für Inhalte und Bekämpfung von Desinformation: Das ist quasi letzten Endes auch die klassisch Forderung nach Netzsperren oder Informationsverboten. Halte ich beides für unpraktikabel und eine Attacke auch aufs freie Internet. Viel mehr braucht es aber eine verstärkte Medienbildung.
