...sofern ich dem Sicherheitsapparat vertrauen kann und dieser sich an die Menschenrechte etc. hält. Der Schweiz vertraue ich im Grundsatz gerne. Nicht in jedem Land ist dies gegeben. Allerdings muss dennoch über das Ausmass an Sicherheits- und insbesondere Kontrollmassnahmen verhandelt werden können. Sicherheit entsteht meinr Ansicht nach vielmehr durch Teilhabe am System und gegenseitigem Vertrauen als duch Kontrolle.

Würde die Wirtschaft ihrem ursprünglichen Sinn dienen, den Menschen glücklicher zu machen, wahrscheinlich schon. Doch dient das Geld viel weniger dem Glück als wir dem Geld. Es wurde zum eigentlichen Ziel und hauptsächlichem Masstab. Wachstum als Notwenigkeit. Geld trägt keine Ethik in sich. Leider ist vieles was auf der einen Seite glitzert, auf der anderen Seite Drecksarbeit.

Um stabile Beziehungen zu erleben und aufzubauen, sowie für ein Aufwachsen innerhalb der Familie anstatt mehrheitlich fremdbetreut, ist eine hohe Präsenzzeit der Eltern bzw. eines Elternteils sicherlich wichtig. Beides gehört dazu. Wem dient die Bestrafung? Dem Opfer vielleicht, dem Täter deutlich weniger. Er geht viel eher in den Widerstand als dass er zu einem Umdenken geführt wird. Heisst, dass er weiterhin potentieller Täter bleibt und dadurch potetiell auch zu weiteren Opfern und Kosten führen wird. Die Strafe zur Abschreckung? Vlt in der Kleinkriminalität, im Grossen whs. nicht der Fall.

Bei genügend Unterstützung der Lehrperson sehe ich die Integration als grosse Chance für Kinder mit leichten Einschränkungen wie auch für Kinder, welche "der Norm" entsprechen, da ebendiese geweitet wird. Allerdings kann in einer Sondereinrichtung oft besser auf die Bedürfnisse von Kinder mit ausgeprägten Einschränkungen eingegangen werden und der nicht erreichbare aber dennoch spührbare Leistungsdruck der Regelschule fällt weg. Lehrpersonen berichten mir oft grosse Belastung mit begrenzten Mögl
