Es braucht eine Flexibilisierung. Die Lebenserwartung steigt und die Kosten dürfen nicht ausschliesslich auf die jüngere Generation abgewälzt werden. Für Berufe mit grosser körperlicher Belastung sind allerdings Lösungen zu finden.
