Integration ja, aber nicht in jedem Falle und es müssen genug Ressourcen vorhanden sein. Klassengrösse, Haltung der Lehrperson, passendens Umfeld, Wille zur Zusammenarbeit etc. sind wichtiger als viel Personal, dafür müssen die Lehrpersonen aber Zeit für ihre Kernaufgabe "das Begleiten von Schülern" haben und die administrative Belastung und die Überlastung der Lehrpläne muss gebremst werden.

Die Bildung ist weitgehend kostenlos. Für Materialkosten, Lagerkosten etc. gibt es bereits die Möglichkeit, Gelder zu erhalten. Ebenfalls kann man Stipendien beantragen und ein Schüler hat die Möglichkeit in den Ferien Geld zu verdienen. In tieferen Stufen (Primarschule) haben die Schulen und Lehrpersonen die Aufgabe, dafür zu Sorgen, dass alle Kinder ihr Potential ausschöpfen können und gefördert werden.
