However, the premium relief initiative and the counter-proposal of the National Council go too far. Overall, it would be more purposeful to curb the increase in healthcare costs.
Im Rahmen eines moderaten Gegenentwurfes zur 10%-Prämien-Entlastungs-Initiative kann ich mir vorstellen, dass einzelne Kantone mehr Mittel für die Prämienverbilligungen zur Verfügung stellen (Prämienverbilligungen sind eine Aufgabe der Kantone, nicht des Bundes). Allerdings geht die Prämien-Entlastungs-Initiative und der Gegenvorschlag des Nationalrates zu weit. Insgesamt wäre es zielführender, den Anstieg der Gesundheitskosten zu dämmen.
