Die Lebenserwartung hat in den letzten dreissig Jahren dermassen stark zugenommen, so dass dies sich früher oder später auch auf unser Arbeitsverhalten auswirken muss. Die Leistungsfähigkeit hat sich mit zunehmenden Alter ebenfalls gesteigert, die demografische Belastung von AHV und PK nimmt zu, was letztendlich auch eine Reaktion des Arbeitsmarktes erfordert. Die zukünftigen Generationen werden uns dankbar sein.
