Das Konzept ist gut in der Theorie. Praktisch lässt es sich nicht umsetzen und wenn dann auf Kosten der guten Schüler. Auf Seiten der Lehrer ist das Konzept der integrativen Schule ebenfalls sehr anspruchsvoll, was zu vielen Burn-out Fällen führt. Ich betrachte das differenziert. Grundsätzlich ist in der Schweiz die Lebenserwartung und auch die allgemeine Fitness Generation über 60 heute höher als noch vor 40 Jahren. Frauen und Männer sehe ich als gleichberechtigt. Zudem arbeiten heute viele Schweizerinnen und Schweizer in Dienstleistungsberufen mit nicht mehr derselben körperlichen Beanspruchung wie früher. Es gibt jedoch Berufsgruppen mit starker körperlicher Belastung (Bau, Service) dort sollten wir bei 65 Jahren bleiben.
