Die Altersvorsorge gerät durch den demografischen Wandel zunehmend ins Ungleichgewicht. Die GLP verfolgt das Ziel die Umverteilung von Arbeitnehmenden zu Rentner:innen zu reduzieren und zugleich das Rentenniveau möglichst zu erhalten. Dafür sind eine Anpassung und Flexibilisierung des Rentenalters unter Berücksichtigung der branchenspezifischen Verhältnisse nötig. Für mich persönlich sehe ich vor allem in der Flexibilisierung des Rentenaltern eine gute Lösung.
