Già oggi si fa fatica a vivere decentemente con l'AVS e un 2° pilastro che ha svantaggiato in modo palese le donne che lavoravano a tempo parziale per accudire i figli e soprattutto le famiglie monoparentali. Inoltre la 13a è un atto dovuto.
