Wir werden immer älter und fitter im Alter. Ich befürworte Lösungen wie beispielsweise eine Pensionierung nach Anzahl Erwerbsjahre. Erwerbstätige mit langer Ausbildungsdauer können und wollen oft länger arbeiten als 65 Jahre, wenn auch nicht bei vollem Pensum.
