Le principe d'égalité salariale entre hommes et femmes est inscrit dans la Constitution fédérale depuis 1981 et concrétisé dans la loi sur l'égalité depuis 1996. Malgré cela en Suisse, les femmes gagnent actuellement en moyenne 18% de moins que les hommes. Oui, il faut que la Suisse, qui est à la traîne dans ce domaine en comparaison d'autres pays européens, avance en matière d'intégration. Mais pour cela il faut allouer beaucoup plus de moyens financiers à l'éducation et accepter que certains enfants ne puissent pas être scolarisés dans le public à 100% selon leur handicap.
