Meiner Meinung nach liegt die endgültige Verantwortung im Budgetprozess beim Parlament und es sollte diese auch ausüben. Dies gilt auch für Nachtragskredite, die im Laufe des Jahres benötigt werden. Ich halte es für essenziell, dass die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Kantonen und auf nationaler Ebene in der Spitalplanung intensiviert wird. Besonders in unserem Kanton und unserer Region sehe ich das als eine wichtige Notwendigkeit. Trotz der Dringlichkeit einer verpflichtenden Zusammenarbeit bin ich der Meinung, dass die Verantwortung nicht ausschliesslich beim Bund liegen darf.
