Die bestehende Entwicklungshilfe ist gescheitert.

- Flexibilisierung des Rentenalters sollte verbessert werden. Statt von 100% auf 0% von einem auf den anderen Tag, sollte der fliessende Übergang vom Erwerbsleben in den Ruhestand für diese Arbeitnehmenden möglich sein, die das wünschen. Aktuell ist die Tätigkeit über das ordentliche Erwerbsleben hinaus aus Vorsorgesicht zu wenig lukrativ. Oft führt jedoch der abrupte/vollständige Abgang eines Arbeitnehmers zu einem Wissensverlust beim Arbeitgeber. - Fokus auf Beitragsjahre nicht Rentenalter
