In der Agrarpolitik braucht es einen grundsätzlichen Systemwechsel und nicht noch komplexerer Regulierungen. Leistungen müssen über den Produktpreis in Wert gesetzt werden und nicht durch den Staat finanziert werden. Das System ist ineffizient und es profitiert letztlich der nur der Handel. Die steigenden Prämien sind ein Symptom des zu teuren Gesundheitssystems. Es braucht grundlegende Reformen, um den Anstieg der Gesundheitskosten zu reduzieren. Spiralstrukturen und Digitalisierung analog der skandinavischen Länder sind möglich Wege. Ein weiterer Ausbau der Prämienverbilligung sollte nur als Übergang betrachtet werden und muss an echte Reeormen geknüpft sein.
