Ich setze mich dafür ein, anstelle des Rentenalters die Anzahl zu leistender Arbeitsjahre (unter Berücksichtigung von Betreuungspflichten) zu definieren. Wer lange studiert oder freiwillig Teilzeit arbeitet, soll die Arbeitsjahre entsprechend später leisten. So kann jeder sein Leben nach den eigenen Bedürfnissen gestalten, ohne damit andere zu belasten. Ausserdem muss in der AHV die Teilpensionierung auch möglich werden.
