Im privaten Bereich deutlich mehr Risiken als Chancen, da der User keine Chance und Zeit hat die fast wöchentlichen Änderungen der AGB's für digitale Leistung durchzulesen, geschweige noch Einsprache zu erheben. Hinzukommt, dass so gut wie Niemand mehr die Kontrolle über seine Daten hat.
