La question des salaires doit se régler entre les collaborateurs et leur employeur. L'Etat n'a pas à s'en mêler. Il est parfaitement normal qu'il y ait des différences salariales liées à la productivité de chaque travailleur ainsi qu'aux prétentions de rémunération lors des entretiens d'embauche. L'égalité parfaite de salaires n'est pas équitable. Libre à chaque entreprise de payer ses salariés au mérite, sans que l'Etat intervienne, et libre à chacun de refuser un salaire jugé discriminant.

L'âge de la retraite devrait être établi en fonction de la pénibilité du travail. Par exemple (approximativement) ; - policiers / pompiers = 60 ans - ouvriers du bâtiment / de la route = 62 ans - bouchers / boulangers = 65 ans - métiers de la vente = 67 ans - fonctionnaires ou personnes travaillant dans les bureaux = 70 ans. L'espérance de vie de chaque profession devrait également être pris en compte pour définir l'âge de la retraite. Il faudrait au moins 15 ans de retraite par personnes.
