Afin de respecter l'égalité salariale, certaines institutions publiques, ne respectent malheureusement pas certains d'autres critères lors de l'engagement. Alors vis à vis de l'extérieur, ils démontrent qu'ils respectent l'égalité salariale, et pourtant ce n'est loin pas le cas. Donc il faut absolument effectuer des contrôles plus strictes à ce sujet pour faire enfin respecter la loi, et en commençant par les institutions publiques, afin de donner l'exemple.
