Der demographische Wandel ist eine Herausforderung. Ich denke aber, dass höhere Rentenabgaben für Arbeitgeber- und Nehmer die bessere Lösung ist. Insbesondere ist der zementierte Umwandlungssatz nicht zielführend. Auch bestehende Rentner sollen ein Teil der Lösung sein.
