La prévoyance vieillesse est de plus en plus déséquilibrée par l'évolution démographique. L'objectif des Vert'libéraux est de réduire la redistribution des travailleurs vers les retraités tout en maintenant le niveau des rentes dans la mesure du possible. Pour ce faire, il est nécessaire d'adapter et de flexibiliser l'âge de la retraite en tenant compte des conditions spécifiques aux branches.
