Der Bundesrat hat 2015 mit den Lebensmittelherstellern wie Nestlé und Detailhändlern wie Coop und Migros die «Erklärung von Mailand» verabschiedet. Darin verpflichten sich die beteiligten Unternehmen, den Zuckeranteil in bestimmten Lebensmitteln freiwillig zu senken. Eigenverantwortung ist auch wichtig, wir müssen aber auch in die Prävention investieren, darum ist der Ansatz einer Abgabe auch nicht falsch im Sinne der Prävention.

Mit dem Ja zur AHV 21 in der Volksabstimmung im 2022 ist die AHV leider nur bis 2030 gesichert. Mittelfristig kommen wir im Sinne der Fairness nicht darum herum mit einer Erhöhung zu leben. Dies Aufgrund der gesellschaftlichen Entwicklung (tiefe Geburtenraten und Überalterung). Dies müssen wir nun fair angehen und umsetzen für Alle!
