Ja, für betroffene Familien und Kinder ist es für die soziale Einbindung zentral, dass die Kinder im eigenen Dorf zur Schule gehen können. Integration darf aber nicht auf Kosten der Klassenlehrpersonen und auf Kosten der anderen Schüler/-innen gehen. Ich bin für eine Ausweitung mit Augenmass (gesamthaft 20-24W.) und für Möglichkeiten zu einer flexibleren Ausgestaltung des Bezuges der Elternzeit zwischen Vater und Mutter, die verschiedenen Familienmodellen gerecht werden. So gibt es auch flexiblere Lösungen zwischen Arbeitsgebenden und -nehmenden.
