Es tönt besser als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Als ehemalige Lehrerin und Mutter eines Kindes mit Behinderung kenne ich beide Seiten. Trotzdem, man kann nicht allen Kindern in einer Klasse gerecht werden. Es geht zu Lasten der Begabten sowie der Beeinträchtigten. Viele Lehrpersonen schaffen den Lehrauftrag nicht. Ich finde, dass die Gestlatung flexibel sein sollte. Es gibt Leute, die noch Energie und Lust haben weiterzuarbeiten und andere, die erschöpft sind. Beide Gruppen sollten berücksichtigt werden. Auch eine Teilzeitarbeit sollte möglich sein.
