Als erster Handlungspunkt braucht es eine Kostenbremse wie es die entsprechende Initiative der Mitte vorsieht. Als zweites soll auch der Gegenvorschlag zur Prämienentlastungsinitiative der SP unterstützt werden und so weitere Mittel der Kantone zur individuellen Prämienverbillgung zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
