Grundsätzlich wäre ein drittes amtliches Geschlecht begrüssenswert. Momentan gibt es aber noch zu viele Unklarheiten in zivilrechtlichen Angelegenheiten, als dass man ohne weiteres ein drittes amtliches Geschlecht einführen könnte. Sobald diese Unklarheiten aufgeklärt sind, sollte dieser Schritt aber nachvollzogen werden. Unabhängig davon sollte es aber so oder so im Vordergrund stehen, dass intersexuelle und non-binäre Menschen im Alltag vor Diskriminierung geschützt werden.
