Die Angleichung der Rentenalter für alle Arbeitnehmer.innen auf 65 ist kürzlich erfolgt. Durch die neueste AHV-Revision wurde zusätzlich eine Flexibilisierung eingeführt. Die Reform der Pensionskasse/BVG hat für die nächsten Jahre Priorität.
