Die heute geltenden Rechten und Pflichten in Zusammenhang mit dem Zivilstand (Ehe, eingetragene Partnerschaft, ledig) passen nicht mehr zu unserer Gesellschaft und sind gurndsätzlich zu überdenken. Die Aufhebung der Plafonierung bei der AHV und die Individualbesteuerung sind Schlüsselsteine dazu.
