Die Priorität würde ich bei der Finanzierung einer verkürzten Arbeitszeit setzen. So ist die verfügbare Zeit nicht nur auf einen festgelegten Zeitraum beschränkt. Eine verkürzte Arbeitszeit ermöglicht beiden Elternteilen über einen langen Zeitraum mehr Freiraum für das Familienleben.
