L'augmentation de l'âge de la retraite va défavoriser les femmes qui n'ont toujours pas le même salaire que les hommes pour un travail équivalent. De plus, cela va aggraver le risque de chômage pour les seniors et empêcher des jeunes d'entrer dans le monde du travail. Enfin, à l'heure où la productivité augmente, ce n'est pas un projet digne d'une société moderne.
