Grundsätzlich Ja, aber gemeinnütziger Wohnungsbau "bräuchte" eigentlich nicht gross finanzielle Unterstützung sondern eher eine politische Lenkung. Gemeinnütziger Wohnungsbau, oder auch genossenschaftliches Wohnen und Bauen kann die 3 Dimensionen der Nachhaltigkeit am Besten abdecken. Architekturwettbewerbe mit diesem Fokus sind sehr vielversprechend und z.T. können Gemeinden damit auch Gewinne erzielen.

Wir brauchen andere Lösungen, um unsere Renten zu sichern. Zum Beispiel in der besseren Verteilung der Renten in die 1. Säule. Ich verstehe aber die Forderungen zur Erhöhung des Rentenalters. Wenn keine sinnvollen Kompromisse gemacht werden können, ist es eine nicht auszuschliessende Möglichkeit die Renten zu sichern.
