Impfen ist sehr wichtig und beinhaltet neben dem eigenen, persönlichen Schutz auch eine soziale Komponente: eine Krankheit kann für mich selbst keine grosse Gefahr sein, für jemand anderen hingegen schwerwiegende Folgen haben (z.B. Flexibles Rentenalter sollte eingeführt werden, da nicht alle Berufe gleich "belastend" sind. Zugleich ist es aber wichtig, dass auf dem Arbeitsmarkt ältere Menschen nicht diskriminiert werden und der Wiedereinstieg nach der Elternzeit erleichtert und die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf weiter gefördert werden.
