Es gibt verschiedene Modelle die der Kindererziehung absolut gerecht werden und das Wohl des Kindes an erster Stelle sehen. Es ist für die Entwicklung der Kinder wie auch für die Eltern wichtig, dass sie Zeit miteinander haben. Kinder sollen in ihrer Entwicklung und ihren Bedürfnissen die nötige Unterstützung erhalten. Wichtig ist, dass sich die Eltern, das Umfeld und die breite Gesellschaft um Kinder kümmern und dass Familien durch den Staat und die Allgemeinheit unterstützt werden.
