Deutlich anders. Viele unterstützte Länder haben genug eigene Ressourcen. Damit sind nicht nur Bodenschätze oder Landwirtschaftmöglichkeiten gemeint, sondern auch Ressourcen an ausgebildeten Fachpersonen. Es gilt, diese Menschen und Staaten zu stützen, die selber lernen wollen. Alle anderen haben Nothilfe bei Katastrophen zugute, aber prinzipielle Unterstützung nur noch auf realistische Entwicklungsprojekte, die sie selber wollen und z.T. mitfinanzieren.

Der Weg zur Sicherung der AHV führt über die Angleichung des Rentenalters auf alle. Ob es dann gleich 67 ist, müsste in einer zweiten Phase entschieden werden.
